On Saturday 9 May, WHO declared the end of the Ebola outbreak in Liberia, 42 days after the burial of the country’s last confirmed case.
In Sierra Leone, there have been no reported Ebola cases for the last 5 consecutive days (6 – 10 May) according to the National Ebola Response Centre.
