Main highlights
- For the 24th August 2014, a total of 44 new samples were received and analysed by the Kailahun and Kenema Laboratory: Kailahun (12), Kenema (18), Kono (1), Kambia (1), Tonkolili (1), Bo (4), Moyamba (1) and Western Area (6). Thirty-one (31) of these samples are positive while 13 are negative.
- The cumulative number of Laboratory confirmed cases are 935 whiles confirmed death is 341 with a Case Fatality Rate (CFR) based on confirmed cases of 36.5%.
- Thirty-eight (38) patients are currently admitted at the Kenema Isolation Unitwithno report received from the Kailahun Isolation unit. Cumulative discharge is 244

- Data cleaning is on-going, therefore the figures in table 1 will keep on changing as the cleaning continues
