Highlights
The Ebola Treatment Center (ETC) in Monrovia was officially handed over to WHO on 31 October; the ETU will be clinically managed through the Ministry of Health and Cuban foreign medical teams.
The Air Coordination Cell (ACC) estab-lished by the Logistics Cluster, in co-ordination with UNICEF, has been receiving more pipeline information from actors including OFDA, WHO, IRC, WFP and Welthungerhilfe.
Work continues on the 11 Forward Logistics Bases (FLBs) across the three affected countries, in order to strate-gically position supplies around the country for rapid dispatch to health facilities.
