Comprehensive resources regarding the Ebola outbreak are available on a dedicated website from International SOS - www.internationalsos.com/ebola. The information includes advice for individuals, travel precautions, latest updates and breaking news. The Ebola resources are downloadable and available free of charge. Among the site’s features are:

• Facts about transmission, symptoms, prevention, vaccines, treatment and case definitions• Educational materials, including videos, fact sheets and infographics• Travel advice• Charts regarding affected countries

The Ebola virus has been identified in a patient who travelled from Liberia and who is now in a Dallas hospital. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials have assured the public the incident will be contained.

While the largest-ever Ebola outbreak continues in several countries in West Africa, ongoing vigilance for further imported cases is required.

International SOS has just released a new video titled “Ebola: What business travellers need to know”. This is also available via www.internationalsos.com/ebola - click on the Education Materials section. Experts from International SOS are available for media interviews.
